Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and then return the items within a further 14 days. Items should be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at info@samuellamont.com with your order number.

We'll refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back, using your original payment method. Unless an item is faulty, you pay the cost of returning it.

Faulty or damaged items If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or give you a full refund, including postage.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
